Hydro-Cyclones
The Hydro-Cyclone is mainly composed of the up Cone, Middle Section and, Lower Section.
The Hydro-Cyclone converts the pressure generated by the slurry pump into centrifugal force inside the Hydro-Cyclone, so that the solid phase in the solid-liquid mixed material can be mixed and Suspended inside the Hydro-Cyclone.
This separation actually increases the gravity by increasing the centrifugal force in the conical container, thereby accelerating the sedimentation of the solid phase inside of the Hydro-Cyclone.
A reasonable internal structure design of the Hydro-Cyclone can increase the gravity by 200 times, with the help of centrifugal force, the solids particles move spirally downward along the inner wall of the cyclone, and finally discharge the cyclone from the Drop In Apex at the bottom of the cyclone. So that to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

Application of Hydro-Cyclone
◆ Sand and stone recovery, high mud sand washing recovery, fine sand recovery.
◆ Grinding and classification, cyclone and ball mill usually form a closed – circuit grinding and classification system. Different Angle vertebrae, overflow pipe and sediment nozzle configurations can be selected according to the overflow situation.
◆ Raw ore desliming, efficient removal of raw ore soil journal and sand desliming.
◆ Concentrate or tailings concentration and dehydration, cyclone combined with concentrator, filter, can efficiently complete the concentration and dehydration operations. After the hydrocyclone is concentrated and dehydrated, the increase of the bottom flow concentration increases the working efficiency of the filter.
◆ Particle classification, through the design of the cyclone structure, the choice of size, and the choice of different Drop In Apex can adjust the size of the separated solid particles.
◆ In tailings dam construction, different structures and configurations of hydrocyclones can ensure the concentration of bottom flow.
◆ Dry discharge of tailings, through the combination of thickener, filter and other equipment to achieve the purpose of dry discharge.
