Desilter with Small Shaker is the third stage separation in Mud Recycling System. We can choose 8 pcs, 12 pcs or 16 pcs Hydro-cyclone 3/4/5 inch(Replancement Hydro-cyclone Derrick and SWAO) for it. Solids phase from Drilling mud will be fall over on the small shale shaker, after the separation of shaker screen, more fluid will be recover back to Mud Recycling System, and the more dry solids will be run out from the drilling mud.
Desilter with Small Shaker can separate the solids phase size range from 12-74 microns. We can choose different mesh size from the small shaker by the request of drilling work.

The cyclone is a kind of non-power equipment, it is pumped into the cyclone material, through a certain pressure, the material of different gravity is separated, to achieve separation effect. As a common separation and classification equipment, hydrocyclone works on the principle of centrifugal sedimentation.When the two-phase (or three-phase) mixture to be separated enters the hydrocyclone tangentially at a certain pressure, a strong three-dimensional elliptical shear turbulent motion is generated. Due to coarse particle (or phase) and the fine particle size difference exists between the phase (or light) (or density difference), its by centrifugal force, the centripetal buoyancy and fluid drag force such as the size is different, the centrifugal sedimentation, most of the coarse particle phase (or heavy) by the vortex bottom nozzle, and most of the fine particles (or light) through the overflow pipe, so as to achieve the aim of classification.
