  • With the help of Screw Drilling waste from the Shale Shaker, Mud Cleaner and Decanter Centrifuge in the Mud Recycling System(MRS) enter into the Drilling Waste System(DWS).
  • With the help of Screw Conveyor, drilling waste enter into the HI-G Dryer shaker, after separation of dryer Shaker, liquid content in solids phases from the HI-G Dryer shaker is 20%-50%.
  • Liquid from HI-G Dryer Shaker enter into High-Speed Decanter Centrifuge.
  • The solids phases went into the collection box.
  • Liquid from High-Speed Decanter Centrifuge back to the Mud Recycling System(MRS).

Solution Option

  • Liquid from Vertical Cutting Dryer enter into High-Speed Decanter Centrifuge.
  • The solids phases went into the collection box.
  • Liquid from High-Speed Decanter Centrifuge back to the Mud Recycling System(MRS).

2 Drilling Waste Management System for oil- basted drilling mud

  • With the help of Screw Drilling waste from the Shale Shaker, Mud Cleaner and Decanter Centrifuge in the Mud Recycling System(MRS) enter into the Drilling Waste System(DWS).
  • With the help of Screw Conveyor, drilling waste enter into the Vertical Cutting Dryer, after separation of Vertical Cutting Dryer, liquid content in solids phases from the Vertical Cutting Dryer is Less than 5%.
  • Liquid from Vertical Cutting Dryer enter into High-Speed Decanter Centrifuge.
  • The solids phases went into the collection box.
  • Liquid from High-Speed Decanter Centrifuge back to the Mud Recycling System(MRS).

3 Flocculation System for the liquid from the drilling waste management system.

This system is used to handle the liquid from the Drilling Waste Management System. If the liquids from the Drilling Waste Management System have many small solid phases, the customer can select this Flocculation System. If the customer does not have strict requirements for liquid, you can not use this system too. This system constantly works together with a high-speed centrifuge. Liquids from the Drilling Waste Management System are enter  into the Flocculator System.  After the addition of PAM, PAC, small solid phases in the liquid will flocculate. After separation of the high speed centrifuge, you get clean water.
