The equipment, storage tank and the mixing hopper can be connected together, which can not only recover the slurry, but also can storage and mixing new slurry by the request of priject. ZH can design the Desanding Plants and centrifuges according to project requirements to separate the finer particles in the mud to meet the project requirements.
Capacity Multi-Units Desanding Plants ZH550-D250 use for the slurry from drilling in special and various stratum. For example: Tunneling Projects, Mining Industry, Pipe-jacking constructions, Diaphragm Wall and so on. Because the slurry from these projects are always in silt, yellow mud, muddy clay, so the solids in the slurry have high viscosity. The normal Desanding Plants can not treat the slurry good. Because the solids with high viscosity will be stop up the screen, so that the Desanding Plants can’t separate the slurry, all the sticky mud will be stop up the screen. So that ZH design the Pre-screener to deal with the sticky mud first, then the Desanding Plants can work normally. The Pre-screener can treat the solids more than 5 mm, and the Desanding Plants on the Multi-Units Desanding Plants ZH550-D250 can treat the solids more than 74 micron.
