Stack Sizer For Mining Industry
The ZH Stack Sizer is a high-efficiency wet screening of fine particles. It has a small footprint, but the capacity is large. The ZH Stack Sizer can consist of one, two, three, four or five individual sieve decks, one above the other and running in parallel. The Stack Sizer is equipped with high-strength polyurethane screen, which not only wears and has a long service life, but also avoids the need to stop and replace the screen due to damage to the screen, which improves the work efficiency on site.

ZH Stack Sizer Working Principle
The Stack Sizer is driven by two Vibratory Motors to drive the screen deck. With help of Flo Divider, the slurry equalizes feed flow from source to each deck. Under the high frequency vibration of the Vibratory Motors the slurry on the screen to move in a straight line. Water and undersize particles passing through the screen fall into an undersize collection pan, which empties into the common undersize collection launder that carries the material to the undersize discharge flange. Large particles are conveyed along the top of the screen panels to the end where they fall off into the oversize hopper. Oversize material is then discharged through the flanged port on the underside of the hopper.
