The YZ Submersible Slurry Pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump structure. The impeller is a semi-open impeller, and a stirring blade is arranged at the extension of the suction side of the impeller.
This series of Submersible Slurry Pump are mainly used for environmental protection, new building materials, coal washing, municipal engineering, thermal power generation, gas coking plants, oil refineries, steel mills, mining, paper industry, cement plants, food plants, steamed concrete, printing and dyeing industries, etc. Dense liquid, heavy oil, oil residue, turbid liquid, mud, mortar, quicksand and flowing sludge in urban sewage channels, as well as liquid containing coal and ash. It can also be used in chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries to suck fluids containing mud, sand and slag and corrosive liquids.
The pump of type YZ Submersible Slurry Pump is structured of single stage and single sucking with cantilever, having the waterpower parts connected with bearing, shaft collar and connecting pipe, the liquid discharged out from rising pipe. And Submersible Slurry Pump impeller is of semi-unshrouded impeller with stirring vane equipped at the extended location of impeller’ vane. The main characteristics of the Submersible Slurry Pump are that the pump shaft under water has enough rigidity, with bearing not equipped between impeller and Submersible Slurry Pump body. And with bearing encapsulation not adopted, it can convey medium containing solid particle with bigger concentration. And the length for the pump to insert under water is between 800mm and 1900mm, with suction pipe to be equipped if necessary. The drive will be finished by the vertical type motor installed on the motor pedestal, connecting with the pump through coupling. And looking from the motor, the Submersible Slurry Pump is rotating clockwise.
