Vacuum Degasser is a special equipment, others equipments in Mud Recycling System for drilling rig is separate liquid and solids for Drilling mud, Vacuum Degasser is separate gas and liquid in drilling mud. Gas in drilling mud will be affects density and viscosity of the drilling mud.
Degasser is a Vacuum Degasser, with the help of vacuum draw of the vacuum pump, there will be negative pressure zone is formed in the Degasser tank. Due to the atmospheric pressure, drilling mud enter to the hollow shaft of the rotor though the suction pipe, on account of the high speed of rotation, drilling mud in the hollow shaft thrown against the wall of the Degasser tank in a jet form threw the exit on the hollow shaft. Due to the impact of the collision and the separation wheel, the drilling mud is separated into thin layers, the bubbles immersed in the mud are broken, and the gas escapes. The suction of the vacuum pump is used to make the mud enter the vacuum tank, and the gas is pumped out of the vacuum tank by using it. The vacuum pump plays two different roles.
◆ During working process , the water ring vacuum pump is always in an isothermal state, suitable for the suction of flammable and explosive gas, and has reliable safety performance.
◆ The drilling mud is shot to the wall of  Vacuum Degasser tank with high speed through the exit of the rotor, the gas in the mud are broken completely, and the degassing effect is very good.
◆ Structure advantage: The main motor is biased and the center of gravity of the whole machine is lowered.
◆ Using belt drive, avoiding the complexity of the deceleration mechanism.
◆ The application of gas-water separator will not cause water and gas to be discharged at the same time, so that the exhaust pipe is always unblocked. In addition, it can also circulate water to the vacuum pump, saving water, reduce cost.
◆ The suction pipe of the Vacuum Degasser is inserted into the Degasser tank and can be used as a high-power agitator when the mud is not immersed in air.
