ZH HI-G Dewatering Machine is used for waste water fine sand recovery in sand and gravel aggregate, mine tailings dry discharge and other workflows. The cleaned finished sand can enter the dewatering screen for dehydration, and the mud-sand-water mixture is transported to the cyclone by the slurry pump. The sand falls on the polyurethane screen below through the bottom nozzle. After being screened by the HI-G Dewatering Machine, the fine sand is dehydrated and mixed with the coarse sand. When the sewage in the transfer pump pool is low, the fineness can be adjusted by changing the slurry pump. It can be realized by changing the speed of the mortar, changing the concentration of the mortar, adjusting the amount of overflow water, and replacing the mortar nozzle, so as to complete the three functions of clearing, dehydration and grading. According to the configuration of different screens, the fine sand above 200 microns in the feed can be recovered, and the comprehensive recovery efficiency is over 90%.
