Mud Cleaner is consists of three parts-shale shaker, Desander Cyclone, Desilter Cyclone, it is the second and the third stage separation in Mud Recycling System for drilling rig. With the help of high quality hydrocyclones, desander hydrocyclones removing the drying solids phase size between 40 and 100 microns, and the desilter hydrocyclones makes a separation between 12 and 74 microns. After the primary separation of desander cyclones and desilter cylones, the liquid enter to the vibrating screen. Shaker Screen under the cyclones can retaining more expensive liquid. Because of compact structure and powerful function, the Mud Cleaner is widely use in Mud recycling System and it is becoming more and more popular.
