Oil Sludge Treatment System
Oil Sludge Treatment System refers to a mixture of oil, water and solids. In order to separate the sludge and recover the oil and water, it is necessary to separate the oil, water and solids. How to recover the oil, and separate the oil sludge with the lowest cost and protect the environment is very important.
ZH Oil Sludge Treatment System separates oil, water and solids by adding sludge treatment chemicals to heat the sludge.
SOURCE OF OIL SLUDGE
- Waste oil sludge and oil sands from crude oil tank cleaning
- Waste oil sludge and oil sands from refineries
- Drilling waste oil sludge and oil sands
CONSTITUTE MODULE
- Thermal Cleaning Module
- Separation Module
- Two-Phase Separation Module
- Three-Phase Separation Module
- Automatic Dosing Module.

REQUEST FOR WASTE OIL SLUDGE
- Request for waste material enter to Heat premix tank
- There should be no plastic, filament, or block garbage. If there is, it needs to be salvaged and crushed, and the maximum size of the solid material after reheating and mixing should be less than 20mm (otherwise it needs to pass through a drum screen or a long straight screen Preprocessing)
It is necessary to satisfy that the specific gravity of the solid phase material is greater than that of the liquid phase material. - Request for waste material enter to shale shaker
- Have a certain degree of liquidity. The solid content is less than 20% (it can be achieved by heating, dilution, demulsification and premixing)
- Request for waste material enter to Two-phase Decanter centrifuge
- The solid phase particles are less than 1mm (sieving through the front-stage sludge shaker screen can meet the requirements)
The solid content is less than 20% (this can be achieved by heating, diluting and premixing)
The proportion of solid phase materials is greater than that of liquid phase materials. After heating and flocculation, the solid phase can settle naturally. - Request for waste material enter to Three-phase Decanter centrifuge
- The solid content is less than 3% (this requirement can be met after the decanter centrifuge is processed)
The largest solid particle diameter is less than 500 microns (this requirement can be met after the decanter centrifuge is processed)
By heating to 60-80℃, demulsifier, flocculant, coagulant and other chemical agents are hot-washed and mixed and then stand still, the oil-water residue can be stratified, and from bottom to top: solid, water, oil .
