Customer can choose the different design of the Slurry Separation System for Mud Recycling System.

• ZH CE standard Slurry Separation System can be used alone.

For some trenchless engineering projects, some customers will dig mud pits or use cement to make mud pits instead of mud tanks to store mud, they can use Slurry Separation System alone.

• ZH CE standard Slurry Separation System can be used with different Mud tank, such as Shaker Tank, Storage Mud Tank, Mixing Tank and etc.

If the customer is constructing in the city, to better protect the construction site or save more working space, the customer can choose different mud tanks to the total Mud Cleaning System.

• ZH CE standard Slurry Separation System can be used with Decanter Centrifuge/Filter Press.

Mud Pump required more cleaning Drilling Mud/Slurry, customer can choose the Decanter Centrifuge or Filter Press to work together, with the high speed Centrifugal Separation of Decanter Centrifuge or the cloth separation with hig pressure of Filter Process, Mud Cleaning System can remove more fine solid particles from the Drilling Slurry/Mud.

• ZH CE standard Slurry Separation System can be used with Dosing Flocculation System.

If the Mud Pump required more cleaning Drilling Mud/Slurry or the layer working conditions of the construction are different, there are too much fine and useless solid particles in the Drilling slurry/mud, or the project has finish, customer to deal with the waste Drilling slurry/mud, they need add the Chemicals to the Drilling slurry/mud, to separate the waste Drilling slurry/mud to technical water and dry solids phase, they will choose a Dosing Flocculation System to the Mud Cleaning System with the Slurry Separation System.

For a standard ZH CE standard Slurry Separation System, there are three or four stage separation.

• Coarse Screen Separation

With the help of pit pump, Slurry with solid particles are directly enter to the coarse screen. After the separation of oarse screen, the liquid down to the small mud tank on the bottom of the Slurry Separation System. The solids will be separated from the slurry, and run out of the  Slurry Separation System. Coarse Screen for separation the unnecessary solids in the slurry, which is larger than 3mm or 5mm, like stones. ZH CE standard Slurry Separation System has the Stainless Steel Gap Screen or Polyurethane screen.

• Desander/Desilter Cyclones Separation

For ZH CE standard Slurry Separation System, can be designed Desander Cyclones or Desilter Cyclones for the Cyclones Centrifugal Separation, even Desander Cyclones and Desilter Cyclones together. If ZH CE standard Slurry Separation System designed Desander Cyclones and Desilter Cyclones together, there will be four stage separation in the Slurry Separation System.

• Dewatering Screen

Soil particles from the Decanter cyclone and Desilter cyclone are discharged onto the dewatering screen(Cloth Screen with bigger mesh). With the help of vibration motor, the Soild particles can be separated, and the slurry will be down to the mud tank, and the more drier particles will be move out of the Slurry Separation System. Depend on the fines content of soilds, different mesh of screen can be choosed.
