Mud Recycling System is one of the working systems for drilling rig, which can help with reduce the drilling cost. Shale Shaker, Mud Cleaner(Desaner Desilter), Decanter Centrifuge is the main equipments for Mud Recycling System. By mechanical sieving and centrifugal separation, they separate solid particles from the drilling fluid in a fractional manner so that the drilling fluid retains good properties and can be reused.  Mud Cleaner is the third stage of separation on Mud Recycling System for drilling rig, it is consists of a two stage separation process- D-SANDER and D-SANDER. The D-SANDER and D-SANDER Hydro-cyclone make the primary separation, then all the solids from the Hydro-cyclone down to the underflow shale shakers vibrating screens, the fine drilled solids from the drilling fluid will be separated by the vibrating screens with high mesh. We can design the ZH Mud Cleaner with several shale shakers on single skid dual unit, this makes the installation and transportation of the equipment more convenient.
