Working Principle Of China Decanter Centrifuge LW 450
The Drum and the Screw in the same direction at a certain speed difference. The material is continuously introduced into the Drum of the feeding Screw by the feeding pipe, and then enters the Drum after acceleration. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the heavy solid phase is deposited on the wall of the drum to form a sediment layer. The feeding Screw continuously pushes the deposited solid phase to the end of the drum cone, and then discharges it out of the machine through the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid form the inner liquid ring, from the drum big end overflow mouth continuous overflow drum, through the discharge port discharge machine. The machine can feed, separate, wash and discharge material continuously under full speed operation.
